Job summary

V2 Solutions in the Philippines seeks an experienced GenAI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives, focusing on agentic system design, multi-agent orchestration, and scalable RAG pipelines. You will set standards for agent communication, routing, and lifecycle management while aligning technology choices with client cloud platforms and governance policies.

You will mentor engineering teams, drive architecture reviews, and ensure observability, testing, and production SLAs across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in GenAI/AI architecture.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions with multi-agent orchestration and tool-use chains.
• Define agentic design standards for communication protocols and lifecycle management.
• Align technology choices with clients' cloud platforms and governance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into AI requirements and MVP scope.
• Establish observability, testing, and production SLAs for reliability of agentic AI solutions.
• Lead GenAI/Agentic AI teams through architecture reviews and QA for quality delivery.
• Evaluate and implement AI stacks (vector stores, orchestration, LangSmith, AIOps) with DevOps practices.
