Job summary

Maya is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the ML engineering function for Marketing, Growth, and Personalization. You will lead a team of ML engineers, collaborating with data science, product, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable ML-driven marketing solutions.

You will design resilient, large-scale distributed ML systems, optimize compute, and own mesh-facing service development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/CE/IT or quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years building, deploying, and operating data pipelines and production ML systems.
• 3+ years leading technical initiatives or teams with mentoring.
• 3+ years designing CI/CD, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ML engineers across Marketing, Growth, and Personalization.
• Architect and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and external teams.
• Define end-to-end MLOps standards and production deployment processes.
