Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a senior strategy/PMO professional to drive structured problem-solving and multi-workstream governance across truck-related initiatives. The role requires collaboration with operations, network, finance, and vendors to maintain timelines and deliver actionable insights.

You will build data-backed analyses, prepare executive updates, and develop scalable cost and speed improvement initiatives across hubs and sites in a fast-paced tech/commerce environment.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Run structured problem-solving on P0 truck-related initiatives - diagnose root cause, size the opportunity, and design the corrective action plan with the initiative owner.
• Prepare senior leadership updates (steering committee decks, monthly business reviews) that translate operational data into clear narratives on CPO, delivery time, and initiative health.
• Coordinate across Network, Operations, Commercial and Finance stakeholders (internal and external, e.g. trucking vendors) to keep initiatives on timeline and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
• Continuously identify new cost and speed improvement opportunities and help shape them into structured, trackable initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of total experience, including a background in top-tier management consulting (equivalent strategy/operations consulting), corporate strategy, or an internal strategy/PMO team at a leading tech or e-commerce company.
• Strong structured problem-solving: comfortable breaking down an ambiguous cost or service problem, building the hypothesis tree, and driving it to a data-backed answer.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills able to build and stress-test unit-economics and cost models independently. SQL is a strong plus.
• Sharp, clear business communication - able to build a crisp, logic-driven presentation (PowerPoint/Slides) and present it confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Project management discipline: can run a multi-workstream tracker, keep owners accountable to timelines, and manage several initiatives in parallel without dropping details.
• Comfortable moving between strategic analysis and operational reality - willing to go to hubs/sites and work directly with ops and vendor teams, not just from a desk.
• Fluent English Thai fluency strongly preferred given close daily coordination with local operations and trucking vendors.
• Bachelor's degree required degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a quantitative field preferred.
