• Ops Clock & Leadtime: Implement initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time.
• Truck Supply Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor truck supply/demand trends, support Agency Management to ensure supply commitment from agencies. Perform analysis on arrival curve and outbound throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan.
• Truck Productivity: Monitor linehaul truck productivity, perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI, implement initiatives to improve truck productivity.
• New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plan and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams.
• Other Ad‑hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects.
• Must have Project management experience.
• Data analytical skills (Excel) is a plus.
• Understanding of the e‑commerce industry in PH.
• Must be willing to station at Podium, Mandaluyong.
