Job summary

NEPTEL Design + Build is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to design and coordinate HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems for commercial building projects in the Philippines. The role includes supervising site personnel and subcontractors during installation and testing, and handling estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in building services, strong coordination skills, and COSH certification.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Mechanical Engineer (PE) with Philippine licensure.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out or building services projects.
• Experience in HVAC, ventilation and mechanical system design.
• Proficient in estimation, BOQ preparation and material take-offs.
• Capable of design coordination, site inspection and project execution.
• Experience supervising manpower and subcontractors.
• COSH safety certification is required.
• Experience in Design & Build projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities
