Job summary

Maersk in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Documentation Specialist responsible for handling daily documentation tasks in line with Client/Process IOPs and ensuring service quality at all times. You will prepare export/import documents, submit them to stakeholders on time, and maintain data quality to meet SLAs.

You will support peers, train new hires, and may perform root cause analyses during escalations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily documentation tasks in line with Client/Process IOPs and ensure quality of service.

Has accountability for preparation of export/import documentation andsubmission of the same timely and accurately to stakeholders.Adheres to IOPs and deviations to be checked prior with stakeholders.Focuses on data quality to ensure SLAs are met.Up-to-date understanding/training of Process and IOPs to createdocumentation.May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.May train new hires on the process(es).
