Job summary

Forte Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own end-to-end delivery in a remote-friendly setup. You will steer modernization of a large-scale enterprise compliance suite, collaborating across international teams and leveraging AI-first delivery methods.

You will lead a pod of engineers, enforce QA standards, and optimize AI context templates to boost throughput and velocity across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production software engineering experience with Java/Spring stack.
• Experience with React/TypeScript and frontend perf profiling.
• Experience migrating legacy stacks (JSP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery and align with client tech leadership.
• Drive modernization of enterprise app pages and architecture.
• Enforce quality standards with automated testing and accessibility gates.
