Responsibilities

• Lead the development team for a vertical within the team.
• Support delivery and lifecycle of technology aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with business unit customers, Product Managers, security & risk teams, and vendors to deliver product functionality.
• Project manage product development, SLAs, and client needs.
• Coordinate with Product, engineering, and vendor teams to size product needs and drive delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical process documentation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure product support and resolve issues.
• Define and supervise performance metrics for products.
• Work in an Agile environment and mentor developers.
