Job summary

Vestas Philippines is seeking an RTR Intercompany Reconciliation Lead Analyst to oversee intercompany processes within the Global Finance Shared Service Centre. You will work with the Team Leader to ensure accurate ICO reconciliations and drive continuous improvement across finance operations.

The role requires 3–4 years in ICO accounting, SAP proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. It offers exposure to global processes within a wind-energy leader’s SSC in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years in Intercompany accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Flexible schedules including holidays and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Intercompany processes; be first-level escalation for issues.
• Manage end-to-end Intercompany reconciliation processes for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve complex ICO issues with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records for intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to junior reconciliation staff and mentor them.
• Participate in process improvement for Finance and ICO procedures.
• Consolidate non-standard ICO processes not yet migrated to SSC.
• Support ICO reconciliation projects and manage their implementation.
• Oversee ICO Process/Project Pillar management and execution.
• Elevate issues to supervisors when needed; coordinate with leadership.
• Review and present Intercompany operational reports and KPI/PPIs.
• Monitor back-up system; update when challenges occur.
• Review ICO SOX documentation in SAP GRC; ensure timely submission.
• Provide audit support as requested; ensure audit readiness.
