Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an Infrastructure Lead Test Engineer in Metro Manila to design and maintain automated and manual tests for infrastructure changes. You will lead the testing effort, collaborate with Product, DevOps and engineering teams, and help evolve the infrastructure validation framework.

You will develop automated tests, mentor colleagues, and ensure tests align with security standards and governance across cloud, container, and hybrid

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins.
• Basic scripting with Unix Shell, Python, Ruby and Groovy.
• Working knowledge of AWS services and tooling (AWS CLI/SDK).
• Ability to interpret designs and create automated test solutions.
• Programmatic testing across infrastructure components and test automation design.
• Understanding resiliency concepts including high availability and DR.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring Test Engineers.
• Familiarity with SDLC models and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automated/manual tests for infrastructure validations.
• Lead architecture evolution of infrastructure test automation frameworks.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain automation tools for validations.
• Manage testing activities and coordinate with stakeholders across teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to test engineers.
• Create end-to-end automated tests in Jenkins and Chef-InSpec for CI/CD.
• Analyze performance and resiliency test results with traceable evidence.
