DTCC in Manila is hiring for an entry-level testing role within the Clearance & Settlement Operations team. You will assist in end-to-end testing for CSO platforms, supporting real-time trade matching and test automation efforts.

The position emphasizes internship or equivalent testing experience, strong attention to detail, and collaborative communication across teams. Flexible hybrid work arrangement is provided.

Competenze

• Entry level – internship experience highly preferred or equivalent experience in a quality testing role.

Mansioni

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Business Operation to support testing for delivered products.
• Collaborate with internal teams; be accountable for successful project execution and timely results.
• Complete test scripts, report execution results, and raise issues and risks affecting timelines.
• Log defects and coordinate with development and modernization teams for quick resolution.
• Present complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities to monitor risk.
• Follow documented procedures and master process knowledge in execution.
• Own workload, meet deliverables within procedures, metrics, and deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective communication, participate in meetings, and apply feedback.
