Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a senior security leader to head information security operations, risk management, and customer trust initiatives. You will guide a team, drive security standards, and coordinate with product and sales to meet client expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in security governance, incident response, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on enterprise AI tooling and customer trust programs. Location is Philippines; on-site operations expected.

Qualifications

• Information Security principles, frameworks (ISO 27001/2 etc.), regulatory requirements (SOX).
• Experience engaging with customers on security matters and audits.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to influence across stakeholders.
• 3+ years direct people management; coaching and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Lead People & Team Leadership: recruit, onboard, coach, and develop security team; manage performance and career growth plans.
• Lead Customer Trust & Engagement: respond to security inquiries, coordinate audits, develop Trust Centre content, and liaise with Sales/Product to streamline trust requests.
• Oversee Risk Management & Governance: assess risks with third-party providers, monitor mitigations, define KPIs, and promote a security culture.
• Oversee Security Implementation & Operations: manage incident/vulnerability/change management and ensure compliance and service continuity.
