Job summary

Albejor Services and Consultancy Inc. is seeking a Field Lead Aircon Technician Installer in Metro Manila. You will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment, estimate material and labor needs, and oversee start-up and testing of systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, familiarity with VRF/FCU/ACCU, and ability to work independently, including on-call duties as needed. Training and supervision of junior staff may be included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational course related to air-conditioning.
• 1–2 years' experience as Aircon Technician.
• Knowledge of installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and routine maintenance on air conditioning equipment and systems.
• Perform inspections, installations and servicing of HVAC equipment and refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues; replace parts and calibrate controls as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and service as required.
• Maintain records of servicing and repairs for equipment.
