Job summary

Join Bureau Veritas S.A. as Lead HSSE professional for solar PV projects in the Philippines.

You will manage health, safety, and environmental aspects across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations, ensuring alignment with BV standards, ISO 45001, and a strong safety culture. You will develop site HSSE plans, conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and coordinate training and KPI tracking to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; professional safety certification (NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30-hr, IOSH, CSP).
• 3-5+ years of on-site HSE experience in solar PV or large-scale renewable EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 implementation and Bureau Veritas HSSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE planning, risk management, and compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and verification activities.
• Deliver training on electrical safety, fall protection, lockout/tagout, and PPE.
