Job summary

ACOM Consumer Finance Corporation in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, is seeking an HR Supervisor – Training and Development to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.

You will identify learning needs, develop materials, and deliver sessions online or in person, with a dayshift, 5-day week, and competitive benefits to support employees in achieving their goals. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications related to training are a plus.
• Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across the organization via department heads, performance data, and employee feedback.
• Design and implement tailored training programs and materials.
• Facilitate online and in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Perform related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
