Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead – Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail to guide the design team and deliver high-impact visuals across websites, branding, social media, banners and emails.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with clients and managers to translate creative briefs into compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Must be highly creative and aware of current social media trends.
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches and discuss them with clients/managers and implement changes.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
• Think creatively to generate new branding ideas and campaigns.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Lead and review the work of the design team for web and digital collateral.
• Assist in hiring and managing the creative team.
• Coordinate with managers to capture design briefs and client needs.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently and ensure deadlines.
• Collaborate with offline and online marketing teams for coherent delivery.
• Deliver real-time designs for social media that engage audiences.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
• Present ideas to clients/managers for approval.
• Oversee all design elements from conception to delivery.
• Maintain high quality standards for client work.
