Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Graphic Designer Team Lead to guide the Deliverables team from a remote location (Work From Home) with a night shift 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time, based at Clark Pampanga.

You'll own workload planning, develop PSD templates, produce high-quality mockups, use AI imagery, and drive process improvements while coaching the team.

The role combines leadership with hands-on production, ensuring on-time, accurate deliverables that meet branding standards.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience creating, optimizing, and managing PSD templates within a production environment.
• Advanced experience producing realistic product mockups.
• Strong knowledge of AI image generation tools and best practices.
• Excellent understanding of branding guidelines, artwork placement, composition, and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and coach the Deliverables team on a daily basis.
• Take ownership of team workload planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Distribute incoming mockup requests effectively based on urgency, complexity, workload, and team capacity.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and within established turnaround times.
• Monitor quality standards and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
• Act as the team's escalation point and final sign-off for complex, edge-case, or non-standard requests.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership by anticipating issues and leading by example.
