Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, collaborating with clients and managers to incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Review final layouts, providing constructive feedback and suggesting improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Generate innovative ideas for company branding and promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design concepts.
• Utilize graphic design software and work across a range of media to create visually compelling designs.
• Lead and oversee the work of the design team, ensuring the production of web and digital marketing collateral meets the highest standards.
