Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, a U.S.-based e-commerce company building premium DTC brands, is hiring a full-time Senior Shopify Designer & Developer. This hybrid role requires designing high-converting storefronts in Figma and implementing them in Shopify.

You will turn designs into custom Shopify sections, work with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, optimize PDPs and landing pages, integrate apps, and improve CRO while maintaining existing stores.

Qualifications

• Strong Shopify / Liquid development experience.
• Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong Figma UI/UX skills.
• Experience with premium DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Excellent mobile-first design instincts.
• Understanding of conversion-focused PDP and landing-page design.
• Experience with Shopify APIs/custom apps is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Design premium, mobile-first Shopify pages in Figma.
• Turn Figma designs into custom Shopify sections/pages.
• Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Build and improve PDPs, landing pages, cart drawers and collection pages.
• Implement bundle, subscription and promotional functionality.
• Integrate Shopify apps and APIs when needed.
• Optimize mobile UX, responsiveness, performance and CRO.
• Maintain and improve our existing Shopify stores.
• Troubleshoot bugs and QA your own work.
