Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting, a global leader in transformation, seeks a senior Google CCAI practitioner to design, implement and optimize customer experience solutions across marketing, sales and service. You will work with Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX and Analytics, driving design thinking workshops and CX operating model definitions for large clients.

• 13+ years with Google CCAI solutions and CX projects.
• Experience designing and implementing CX solutions for clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Hands-on with CCaaS platforms and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Google Contact Center Offering and drive growth.
• Lead design thinking workshops with clients on Gen AI strategy.
• Assess CX capabilities and co-create roadmaps with clients.
• Formulate CX operating models and technology support components.
• Engage in CCaaS migrations and preserve business value.
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and proofs of concept.
