Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SONG Practice | Google Specialist to help design, build and implement CX strategies leveraging Google CCAI and Gen AI across global clients. You will lead workshops, collaborate with technical teams, and drive CX transformation from design to delivery within a dynamic, remote-enabled global environment.

The role requires deep experience with Google CCAI, CX platforms, and CCaaS migrations, with an emphasis on delivering measurable business value and customer experience

• Translate client requirements into CX operating models and actionable roadmaps.
• Deliver agile, continuous-improvement delivery and CCaaS migration guidance.
