Job summary

EY is seeking a tech-savvy IT Risk and Compliance professional to join the Protech Tech team in a client-facing role. You will lead delivery across global accounts, focus on IT risk management, IT SOX, IT regulatory assessments, and cloud/ERP transformations, while mentoring junior consultants.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build client relationships with executives, and help clients transform and sustain performance using emerging technologies like AI and ML.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 5-7 years of related work experience.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Risk and Compliance.
• Design IT Risk Controls framework such as IT SOX; implementation and testing of internal controls including IT general controls, IT application controls, and related controls.
• Identify control gaps, weaknesses and areas for improvement; conduct IT internal control reviews and SOC1/SOC2 review experience.
• Knowledge of IT risk, information security or cyber security frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST, etc.); IT regulatory assessments with exposure to technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics or Cloud/RPA/AI/ML.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation and report writing skills.

Within Risk Consulting, you will focus in the areas of IT Risk Management, IT SOX, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Audits, IT and Digital Transformations (including ERP and Cloud transformations), while enabling technology to better manage risk. This is a client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you’ll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some globally recognized brands. You will work with global professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance, leveraging emerging technologies like AI and ML to build and enhance new solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery, provide technical and project leadership to team members, and build relationships with clients. Drive high-value work products within expected timeframes and budget. Monitor progress, manage risks and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Understand client challenges and industry issues and offer IT Risk solutions. Participate in go-to-market activities, create proposals, respond to RFPs, client orals, and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Travel to client locations for meetings, workshops, trainings, etc. for existing and new clients.
• Lead global account relationships, manage engagement deliveries, quality, and growth on accounts.
• Manage a team of Seniors and Staffs across geographies for delivery of engagements; foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment; mentor junior consultants.
• Use knowledge of IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate them to the engagement team and client management.
• Foster relationships with client personnel to analyse, evaluate, and enhance information systems to improve security at procedural and technology levels.
• Assist with cultivating and managing business development opportunities; understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.

• Leverage proven IT Audit experience to deliver quality results in the assessment, design, and support of controls, security and IT risk solutions.
