The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with strong English writing and research skills, comfortable with online tools, and eager to learn Apollo, HubSpot, Manatal, LinkedIn, SEEK and Indeed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Strong English written communication skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Word, Google Docs, Sheets, Excel, and online platforms.
• Willing to learn Apollo, HubSpot, Manatal, LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Canva, and related tools.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow instructions clearly.
• No heavy sales experience required; focus on research and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and build lead databases across Australia and New Zealand.
• Enter and clean leads in the CRM and maintain accurate notes.
• Monitor SEEK and Indeed for offshore-fit roles and record key details.
• Support Partner Solutions, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition with campaigns.
• Assist with content prep, calendars, asset tracking, and reporting.
