Qualifications

• Familiar with Zoho CRM for data management.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies matching target market.

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build high-quality prospect databases, support our sales campaigns, and ensure our SDR team has accurate and qualified leads to engage.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies that match MEAP Global Group’s target market.
• Build prospect lists based on each client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Source and verify decision-maker contact information, including names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Clean, validate, and enrich lead data to ensure data quality.
• Segment lead lists by industry, company size, location, and other campaign criteria.
• Support SDRs by delivering qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure all lead generation activities comply with data privacy and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, or data research.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online research tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho.
