Position Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist is a highly organized, detail-oriented role dedicated to supporting demand generation, lead management, event marketing, and marketing operations initiatives. Working directly under the Sales Development Representative (SDR) and collaborating with campaign-focused team members, this position drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
The role is heavily execution-focused, requiring an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at creating structured processes, and can manage multiple marketing platforms and projects simultaneously to support both outbound and inbound strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Demand Generation Support
- Deploy and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Demandbase, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Pardot).
- Validate and manage audience lists against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria for marketing and SDR outreach.
- Quality assure (QA) landing pages, forms, tracking links, and campaign assets prior to launch.
- Track individual campaign performance against goals, maintaining accurate project trackers and documentation.
- Update and manage the master marketing campaign calendar while coordinating schedules with internal stakeholders.
Lead Management Support
- Extract and manage target prospect and account lists for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene by handling record cleanup, deduplication, and campaign membership tracking.
- Assist with lead tracking, attribution maintenance, and performance reporting.
- Provide data-driven support to the SDR team by keeping targeting information accurate.
Event Marketing Support
- Oversee event invitation lists, attendee registrations, and RSVP tracking.
- Upload attendee engagement data into CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Facilitate pre- and post-event reporting, vendor communication, and logistics coordination.
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
- Track department invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process guides, and dashboards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and streamline recurring workflows.
- Audit and maintain social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn) by archiving outdated content and monitoring public engagement/reviews.
- Route public digital inquiries to appropriate internal teams and assist with content scheduling and channel performance reporting.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing, demand generation, sales operations, marketing coordination, or a related capacity.
- Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal English communication skills.
- Technical: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and proficiency with Microsoft applications and reporting tools.
- Traits: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred
- Direct experience with Salesforce and marketing automation software (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, account-based marketing (ABM) platforms like Demandbase, or social media management tools.
- Background supporting webinars, events, or working within distributed/remote teams.
