Citco is seeking a Team Lead to drive the delivery of on-prem and cloud-native applications for the financial services sector. You will guide a cross-functional team, own sprint ceremonies, design scalable architectures, and ensure quality across development, testing, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in software engineering and strong expertise in Java/Spring, NodeJS/TS, React, Python, and AWS, with prior leadership experience and a passion for modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in Java/Spring/Hibernate.
• 3+ years with NodeJS/Typescript.
• 3+ years with React.
• 3+ years in Python.
• 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Experience deploying to AWS infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of multiple AWS services.
• Experience with Git and source control.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the entire application.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and reviews.
• Design system architecture and ensure code quality.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide evolution of applications and adopt new tech.
