Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• 2+ years of experience in a team leadership role.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying applications on AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Be responsible for all team activities such as Sprint Planning and Execution.
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure quality of work.
• Manage delivery from development, testing, and architecture perspectives.
