Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Motion Designer to create world class 2D & 3D motion graphics for diverse clients and large-scale events. You will design storyboards, develop layouts, and deliver animations that meet brand and budget constraints.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar position, a Bachelor’s in Motion Design or related field, and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design or similar field.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic consultant with creative and commercial thinking.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Creating world class 2D & 3D motion graphics for a wide range of clients.
• Design and development of storyboards for motion projects, developing layout and concept designs for approvals.
• Provide a range of creative concepts and solutions to motion design projects.
• Animating content for large scale event content and internal projects.
• Collaborate with the Encore Event Technologies team to meet creative briefs.
