Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead in the Philippines to oversee the integrity, reliability, and optimization of all electrical power systems across its data center operations. The role drives design validation, technical governance, and lifecycle management of HV/MV, UPS, Gensets, and DC power infrastructure in compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer required.
5+ years of progressive experience in data center, IT infrastructure, or large-scale electrical projects.
Experience with high-availability power systems is essential.
Knowledge of IEC/PEC standards and reliability practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

Ensure the integrity, reliability, and optimization of electrical power systems across data center operations.
Govern design validation, project management, and lifecycle maintenance of electrical assets.
Lead governance, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring for electrical infrastructure.
Define KPIs for vendor performance and manage maintenance contracts end-to-end.
Represent engineering in regulatory submissions and internal audits.
