Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of DTC social strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the social team for high-quality outputs.
• Oversee content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
• Manage paid and organic social initiatives and track KPIs like engagement and ROAS.
• Ensure brand consistency and strong storytelling across channels.
• Coordinate with YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and assets.
• Stay ahead of trends and test new formats to improve reach.
• Collaborate with DTC managers and marketing peers to align campaigns.
• Drive accountability and project workflows using Asana or similar tools.
