Persona is seeking a Growth Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead hands-on DTC marketing initiatives across paid advertising, content creation, organic social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.

The ideal candidate is a performance-focused marketer who can manage campaigns, create compelling content, build creator relationships, and use data to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce/DTC.
• Experience building and optimizing email campaigns with automation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and content production.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize paid media campaigns and reporting.
• Build strategies across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
• Coordinate influencer outreach and creator partnerships.
• Oversee email lifecycle growth and automation flows.
• Coordinate content production for paid and organic channels.
