Integreon Managed Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Document Production SME to provide expert-level formatting, quality assurance, and client-specific compliance. The role leads by influence, mentoring staff while continuing to deliver high-level work daily.
You will support managers in operational planning, develop templates and style guides, and ensure adherence to SOPs and legal standards across multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The Document Production SME is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for providing expert-level technical knowledge, coaching, and workflow support within the document production team. This role serves as the primary resource for resolving complex document formatting challenges, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with legal and client-specific requirements. The SME leads by influence—not direct supervision—while continuing to produce high-level work on a daily basis.
The position requires advanced proficiency in legal document formatting, strong mentoring abilities, and the capability to support managers in operational planning and team development initiatives.
Functions as the team’s primary subject matter expert for document production tools, formatting standards, legal citations, and best practices.
Leads the preparation, editing, and formatting of complex, high-priority, or sensitive legal documents requiring advanced technical skills.
Provides expert guidance on document revisions, style consistency, and the application of industry and client standards.
Mentors new team members and supports skill development for junior and bottom-performing staff.
Assists the manager in delivering training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and developmental interventions.
Supports skill-building activities such as peer reviews, coaching sessions, and hands-on demonstrations.
Assists the manager in queue planning, monitoring workloads, and suggesting work allocation strategies when required (without formal supervisory authority).
Performs daily production work alongside the team, maintaining high levels of accuracy, speed, and quality.
Ensures adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and formatting guidelines.
Ensures compliance with legal document standards, citation rules, confidentiality requirements, and industry regulations.
Collaborates with legal professionals to understand complex document requirements and assist in developing or customizing templates and style guides.
Identifies gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and contributes recommendations to improve processes and overall team performance.
Delivers training sessions for new and existing team members on formatting techniques, tools, best practices, and quality expectations.
Supports creation and maintenance of SOPs, templates, quick reference guides, and training materials.
Serves as a key resource for clarifying document expectations and resolving formatting escalations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration).
7+ years of experience in legal document production or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, document types, and formatting requirements.
Advanced proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage complex document tasks with accuracy and under tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and legal professionals.
