You will support managers in operational planning, develop templates and style guides, and ensure adherence to SOPs and legal standards across multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal document production or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of legal terminology and formatting standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for document formatting, standards, and client requirements.
• Lead editing and formatting of complex, high-priority legal documents.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to junior staff.
• Assist managers with queue planning, workload monitoring, and process improvements.
