The role emphasizes leadership, architecture vision, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable software platforms while maintaining high availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or system engineering roles, with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial position.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience dealing with critical issues and driving improvement.
• Agile development methods and Infrastructure-as-Code understanding.
• Certifications in AWS DevOps, CK A are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment processes.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure and automation tools.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all DevOps processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Manage incident response and RCA processes to ensure high availability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps
