Job summary

VRI Crew in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced senior DevOps/Cloud leader to drive platform operations, cost optimization, and risk management across multiple teams. You will own CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices, manage containerization on AWS and Azure, guide architectural decisions, and communicate with senior management and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable services with BSP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Software Engineering/DevOps/Cloud, with ≥3 years in leadership managing platforms and teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, automated deployment, patching, releases, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, SVN, Ansible, Sonar, Selenium.
• Experience with containerization and container orchestration platforms.
• Proven experience with Cloud technologies, especially AWS and Azure.
• Advanced AWS or Azure certifications and other DevOps/Cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience with open-source tools for file processing, reporting, workflow, and automation.
• Ability to manage platform operations, cost optimization, risk management, and BSP compliance.
• Strong leadership, planning, change management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive problem-solver.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification is an advantage.
