Job summary

You will collaborate closely with operations, quality, and IT teams to drive project outcomes, modernize legacy systems, and ensure alignment with business requirements in a global center of excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application development and support.
• Strong experience with Angular, .NET C#, and related application technologies.
• Experience supporting and delivering business-critical enterprise applications.
• Understanding of the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues and minimize business impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and system issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support application enhancements and software changes.
• Maintain configurations, master data, and technical documentation.
• Support legacy applications while contributing to modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
