Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensuring a customer-centric environment in Mandaluyong City branches. You will supervise Baristas, coach staff, and ensure all beverages and foods meet approved standards with timely execution.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B, flexibility for extended hours, and strong data analysis and organizational skills. You will work on-site to maintain brand standards and drive performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent F&B establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended operational hours as needed and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Mandaluyong City branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric store environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure store integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and motivation to empower team members to achieve individual development and team goals.
• Identifies Barista performance challenges, coaches their performance, and monitors progress for continuous improvement.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure products are served with friendly customer service and educates customers about premium beverages and food items.
• Trains and oversees Baristas to ensure products are prepared according to approved standards and in a timely manner.
• Maintains the welfare, safety, and security of employees, store locations, and overall store operations.
• Manages staff schedules to meet manpower requirements across shifts and store activities.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders or Supervisors to balance manpower schedules and implement staff movements.
• Oversees cashiering and operational fund management, ensuring funds, deposits, and sales reporting comply with policies.
• Maintains product expertise and prepares coffee beverages according to standards and processes.
• Manages cleanliness, sanitation, food and beverage safety, equipment functionality, and supply availability.
• Ensures workspace and store are well-maintained and coordinates repairs and maintenance to uphold brand standards.
• Implements company policies, procedures, protocols, and updates.
• Facilitates incident investigations involving employees or store operations in coordination with the lessor.
• Administers employee-related reports and documents, including benefits, Daily Time Records, pay slips, and uniforms.
• Supports marketing promotions, store events, and educates staff on related activities.
