Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Perform Material Take-Off (MTO) and Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing.
• Engage in internal and external estimation discussions and presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate estimates in fast-paced environments.

Job description

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
• PRC license holder in Civil Engineering is a plus.
• With at least 3-5 years of work experienced as Estimator.
• Experienced in port construction is advantage.
• Proven experience in contract management, preparation of technical and financial proposals, Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), pricing of materials and equipment.
• Strong exposure in internal and external discussion and presentation of project estimation.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exceptional mathematical and quantitative skills.
