• Adheres to all culinary standards and guidelines in preparation and methods of production, and maintains and sets sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.


• Assists with maintaining a solution‑oriented work environment through motivation and engagement, and helps in the training and development of colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset.


• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a luxury hotel and kitchen operations.
