Job summary

RELX INC is seeking an Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist based in the Philippines to drive change management delivery and AI fluency across Global Operations. The role partners with GOEC, Operations leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure change initiatives meet objectives, deliver business value, and maximize adoption while balancing competing demands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, learning and enablement, business transformation, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional change or enablement initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

Lead Change Management & AI enablement delivery across Global Operations.
Develop stakeholder maps, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
Design and deliver AI enablement programs aligned to business priorities and persona needs.
Coordinate with GOEC and operations leaders to align change activities with project timelines.
Monitor adoption metrics and build leadership dashboards to track progress.
Provide coaching and hands-on support during transitions and new tool usage.
