But First, Coffee is seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor for LAX by But First, Coffee - Las Piñas. You will lead the branch team, drive daily cafe operations, ensure high beverage quality and customer service, and uphold food safety standards, inventory control, and cash handling.

This role blends hands-on barista duties with people leadership to deliver a seamless cafe experience and strong branch performance.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or food and beverage establishment.
Knowledgeable in café and branch operations, including customer service, barista operations, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations and staff activities.
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items to company standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and professionally address customer concerns.
Monitor beverage quality, product presentation, inventory, and supplies.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and other cafe equipment.
Train, coach, and support staff in service standards and barista procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cafe.
Handle cash transactions and assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
Support sales targets and promote products and special offers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the management to meet business requirements.
