You will lead requirements management, collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and translate complex business needs into scalable dashboards.

You will mentor junior analysts, support governance and RAID logs, and ensure on-time delivery from requirements through adoption and ongoing value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements elicitation workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRDs and functional specs.
• Strong data-led decision making and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with procurement and finance stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Power BI specifications.
• Produce BRDs, data mapping docs, and related project artifacts.
• Coordinate UAT planning, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices.
