Job summary

Lendi Group in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst within the Finance Business Partnering Team to drive management reporting, variance analysis, and commercial insights. You will build dashboards and KPI packs, partner with finance and business teams, and help automate reporting processes.

The role requires a degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred), 3–5 years in finance analysis, strong Excel, and familiarity with Anaplan or Power BI.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field — ideally CPA qualified or working towards it.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance analysis, reporting, or commercial finance.
• Strong financial know‑how, especially with variance and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Anaplan, Power BI, or similar tools is a bonus.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive, with a mindset focused on improving processes.
• A clear communicator with excellent English — able to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
• Comfortable working closely with international teams.
• Someone who works well independently and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering monthly management reports and in-depth variance analysis
• Creating dashboards and KPI packs that clearly showcase performance
• Collaborating with finance and business teams to ensure data accuracy
• Leading process improvements to streamline and automate reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis requests
