Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks an experienced architect to lead site staff on complex construction projects, ensuring design intent, quality standards and safety compliance. You will supervise, monitor progress, and report findings to stakeholders, applying codes and managing on-site issues with decisive leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of architectural experience, including supervising complex works, and holds a Board-approved architectural degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.
• Experience focused on Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or Interior Architecture fit-out works.
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Strong supervision and leadership skills.
• Proficient analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works as directed by CAG, QP(S), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Use strong technical expertise and quick decision-making skills to manage and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectivelyDemonstrate leadership by organizing site teams and fostering effective interpersonal communication to maintain smooth project execution
• Analyze project data and communicate findings clearly through verbal and written reports to stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity
