Job summary

The Lead Analyst, Enterprise Systems at Allegro MicroSystems is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level system solutions. This role bridges business requirements with technology to ensure seamless integration across ERP, CRM, HCM, and custom apps while maintaining security and governance.

You will design and build enterprise integrations, automate workflows, document configurations, and provide Tier 3 support, while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and integration platforms.
• SQL programming experience.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership.

The Opportunity

The Lead Analyst, Enterprise Systems is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level system solutions that support Allegro MicroSystems' global operations. This role serves as a technical expert who bridges business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, CRM, HCM, and custom applications while maintaining security, compliance, and operational excellence. The position requires strong programming and analytical skills to deliver automated workflows, system integrations, and technical support for mission-critical enterprise platforms.

What You Will Do

System Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise system solutions across multiple platforms including ERP, CRM, HCM, and custom applications
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
• Develop automation workflows and business process solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all system configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies

System Administration & Support

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues and escalations from IT Service Desk
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions
• Manage testing for application upgrades, patches, and version control in coordination with change management processes
• Perform root cause analysis on system failures and implement preventive measures

Collaboration & Business Partnership

• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery
• Participate in IT project planning, estimation, and execution activities
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and end users
• Engage with vendors and third-party service providers for system-related support and enhancements

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all system modifications follow IT Change Management Policy
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance with SOX, ISO, and internal quality standards
• Support internal and external audits by providing system documentation and evidence

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related courses
• 3+ years of related experience preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or similar manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and enterprise integration platforms
• Technologically savvy, solution driven, and resourceful
• Strong problem solving skills leveraging prior IT experience
• Team management and leadership skills
