Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking a project management professional to coordinate cross‑functional teams from initiation to delivery for semiconductor projects in the AMPI/AML ecosystem. You will manage probe/test activities, ERF creation, and documentation controls, ensuring timely approvals and clear stakeholder communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in the semiconductor industry, with strong emphasis on PM, planning, product development, and reliability

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams through meetings and progress measurements to complete projects.
• Originate ERFs and coordinate probe engineering materials and testing activities with AMPI/AML teams.
• Ensure timely approvals in PM tools and document controls; track lot ownership and terminations.
• Communicate status, issues, and results to AML and AMPI stakeholders; support top priority projects.

Opportunity

The Opportunity Performs project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion. This role has project management responsibility and no direct reports. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.

What You Will Do

Work with AMPI Engineering and Planning, and AML Engineering and PMs to coordinate Probe Test, Assembly build, Qual Test, and Final Test activities at AMPI based on priorities provided by PMs Originate Assembly ERFs and Test ERFs, where appropriate. Work with AMPI Probe Planning to coordinate processing of probe engineering materials at AMPI. Provide information needed by Probe Planners prior launching the wafers in Probe WIP. Work with AMPI Qual and Reliability Group and Planning to coordinate qual material processing. Coordinate with AMPI Planner on engineering assembly builds. Coordinate with AMPI Planner on final test movement to Sample Stock of material to support RTM. Ensure that approvals required AMPI personnel are completed in a timely manner, such as but not limited to Probe & Final Test PTC, ECNs going through EtQ document control system. Submit lot termination and track lot ownership as needed. Create links to deliverables for items completed in AMPI, i.e. Probe and FT PTCs, qual plans. Participate in and support high-level planning of top priority projects of AML PM. Communicate status, issues, and results to AML and AMPI stakeholders. Utilize the SharePoint, Apollo, Phoenix, and other PM Tools in performing tasks. Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on PM activities. Develop and recommend solutions to improve process for a timely product release to Market and/or to Production. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
