Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Lead IT Operation Specialist to drive the operation and optimization of AI agents and related IT infrastructure. You will set up AI agents, MCP connectors, and ensure high performance, availability, and security across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enforce guardrails and governance, and mentor junior staff to continuously improve IT operations in a FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale IT operations for AI platforms.
• Knowledge of governance controls for cloud AI services.
• Ability to connect AI tools to enterprise systems with MCP.

Responsibilities

• Own intake of AI agents and automations into managed infrastructure.
• Maintain AI agents and automations portfolio with cost control and reliability.
• Build and maintain MCP connectors for AI tooling across the org.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize IT infra and services for performance, security, availability.
• Develop IT operational processes in Enterprise AI to ensure efficient incident handling.
• Ensure AI-related agents and connectors comply with security policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with business units and AI Enablement teams to align execution across teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior IT operations specialists.
