Job summary

Penbrothers International is partnering with a global leader to recruit for an AI Operations & Agent Engineering Specialist. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining multi-agent systems that automate governance, risk, and compliance workflows using AI agents and MAS architectures.

You’ll implement agent-to-agent communication, integrate with enterprise tools, and ensure reliability, auditability, and scalability across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience developing, configuring, operating, or supporting AI-powered automation, agentic workflows, or LLM-based solutions.

Responsibilities
