Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking an AI Operations & Agent Engineering Specialist to design, build, and operate a multi-agent system for governance, risk, and compliance automation. You will own agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and integrations with corporate tools.

The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and knowledge management, with a hybrid work setup in the Philippines. 2–3 years in AI-powered automation is preferred, along with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience developing, configuring, operating, or supporting AI-powered automation or LLM-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow design, and troubleshooting AI system behavior.

Responsibilities

Multi-Agent System Development: design, build, and maintain AI agents for governance, compliance, and knowledge workflows.
AI Agent Platform Operations: deploy, configure, and maintain agents across development, test and production environments.
Agent Troubleshooting & Reliability Engineering: investigate failures, root-cause analyses, and implement fixes.
AI Integration Engineering: build and maintain integrations with enterprise tools and data sources.
