Job summary

SimCorp in Manila invites an experienced Lead AI Consultant to own the design and deployment of AI solutions across enterprise teams. You will bridge business needs with advanced technology, guide design, build, and testing streams, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade delivery with clear governance and risk awareness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering or integration, 3+ years designing agentic workflows, and hands-on experience with cloud AI services, Docker, and AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience designing agentic workflows.
• 5+ years experience in software engineering, backend, or integration engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own AI concepts to improve processes across outreach, mapping, and testing.
• Collaborate with PD and Service Execution to align operating model with target AI architecture.
• Design and implement AI agents for multi-step workflows with appropriate oversight.
• Build RAG-based solutions over internal knowledge sources and documentation.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems using APIs and automation services.
• Develop production-grade backend services in Python, including APIs and orchestration logic.
